Florence Quinn is a Professional Chef and student of Clinical Nutrition. Originally from Switzerland, she has lived and worked in Asia for over twelve years, teaching cooking classes and leading culinary tours. She recently moved to Cardiff by the Sea. Her food choices reflect her active and healthy lifestyle. She likes fresh, local, natural unprocessed food. Her indulgence: she eats one two small squares of dark chocolate every day and is convinced this is what keeps her healthy and happy!

Vallie is a friend and I admire her for undertaking this project. She has a great focus and a wonderful sense of community which is why she is surrounding herself with many professional friends who will help her achieve her goals. I am proud to be part of ‘The perfect bite of life’ as her chef and nutrition coach.
